We are happy to take on, or advise on, smaller scale new build or refurbishment projects if the client's brief specifies working to Passivhaus or AECB Silver Energy Standards, or where it combines energy efficiency with the use of more 'sustainable' materials and products.
Unbuilt projects with Planning Approval range from £650,000 to £2M
