An existing building was largely rebuilt to create this house for use by a therapeutic drama centre.
We worked as designer / builders on site for this project,
More notable features include using timber from a local estate, recycled stained glass window, cellulose superinsulation within 'spaced-stud' softwood frame, wattle and daub and lime plaster onto lath, clay filled partitions, passive stack ventilation.
